Chapter 28 - East Coast Park & le musée
Didnt sleep just for the sunrise. It was 5am and i kept looking out through the window. The weather was unpredictable, there were some red clouds.
5.35am - i decided to make a gamble. started to spam sms to Jon, if he is awake , getting him to take some sunrise would make him feel better too.
6am - he replied, told him wat i intend to do, and i would just see him 10mins below his hse. took a cab over.
Reached East Coast fairly late, Slightly disappointed. its not everyday that i get to have some free time to take photos of the first rays. but i missed it.
Was hoping capturing the sunrise would change my mood. But alas.
Anyways, heres what i manage to get. and it really needs alot of improvement.
what you see is what i took. no photoshops / manipulation.

When they were young
Him - Through his eyes
I wanted to create a gloomy feeling, a feeling of sadness enguffing everyone and yet followed on with hope caused by the sunrise. i had tried to capture a group of friends playing in the water during the sunrise and yet, i tried not to capture their faces. Was it happiness or was it sadness?
i err in the morning shoot, might be caused by me admiring the sun rays. I had always wanted to capture them through my eyes and show the best shots i have to everyone i know.
I am still not there yet.
Didnt managed to take much, being late has already caused me to lose the first rays. Had breakfast with Jon at mac, thereafter i planned to get him go to the museum with me.

The exhibition which i wanted to go was titled -
Doubleness : Photography of Chang Chien-Chi
He is a award-winning Magnum photographer.
His acclaimed works are - Double Happiness, Chinatown and The Chain.
I really like all 3 of them, if i were to choose, it would be Chinatown.

I love this exhibition very much. He convey the theme very well.

We went through it twice. Totally satisfied , we came out.
Oh dear, it started to rain. Totally damped my plan for a musical fest at esplanade for the later part of the day. Feeling sick, must be the lack of sleep , the sun and the sudden heavy downpour.
After waiting at smu for the rain to subside, we parted ways for home. I was knockout within 10mins. got alot sms and miss -called.
Made mistakes that day, but learned alot through the art exhibits.
Improvements have to be made.
For who do we exist.

Chapter 27 - My Precious
Couldnt Sleep again. Is it just me or does it happens to all every working adults.
Took out my camera and cleaned it.
Decided to take photos of my precious , treasured belongings.
Had great memories while wearing them. Firstly -
My Watch.
Really had alot significant meaning to me, and was given to me by someone dear.
Even after replacing the battery, but alas.. I am still wearing it.
*Tick Tick...Tick Tick..Tick Tick* Time would not stop nor time would not turn back.
We are unable to turn back time nor could we buy back time.

Chapter 25 - [WestCoast]
Sat - Work , Reading through assignment.
Took a break, and went west coast on impulse. Didn't intend to go for shooting when i realised that i had to go office this morning.
Reaching West Coast at 6.30+ the sky had already started to dim. To make it worst, it was a cloudy day. The sun was hiding from me, *Signed*
Geared with the instruments i had, i started to look ard for a spot, in my heart praying i might still make it in time for at least a ray of sun; a shot of the sunset at west coast.
Here's what i managed to get -
And as usual i didnt do any photoshop for all the landscape fotos, eh. yah, who cares if it looks sucky anyway.
Walking through the park makes me totally emo again! so many couples, young and old. All there "Pak Tor!" (Dating!). I got see kiss kiss and hug hug! how can! sun just set!
And there were lots of family, mums, dads bringing their kids there for bbq, picnic! *Envious*
Heres me
- With Eye bags, wrinkles. I am seriously in need for facials and some exercise!
Hope to take photos for frds. need to brush up on portraits and portfolios. i will make sure they look better then IC fotos. LOL! Any volunteers? Trust my skills *Blinks*

Chapter 22 - Photoshooting at Orchard & Clake Quay
Sat - Woke up feeling emo = a good day to take some fotos. Gearing up my camera and tripod. I decided to take fotos all the way to the night. Place - Orchard and Clake Quay.
Jon said he would join me later , so in the meanwhile i decided to take some fotos for my tilt-shift genre. Had decided not to photoshop any of my photos at all so that i will be able to see my improvement with skills and creativity of angle and lighting.
Aside from special genres (ie. Tilt-shift, infra-red) all my photos would be as original as it was taken. I hope to be spared from comments like my fotos being too grainy etc. which all of them would be uploaded to my Flickr.
My kit does not consist of any special filters and will be using DSLR300.

Chapter 20 - Freedom to live and die
We as humans have no control on how long we want to live. This shows 1 thing -
We sucks. You suks.
Why you say? Simple. we should get to choose when we get to die. maybe a simple button somewhere just to shut ourselves down just like machines!
Instead of dying due to unknown reasons, accidents and old age.
ie. you walk below ur blk and some asshole just throw his tv down killing you without you have any knoewledge or killed by a falling flower pot.Poor thing isint it. Si de hao yuan wang.
or.
you go swimming at sentosa or east coast, then suddenly you cramp or the legs, you struggle, but you gd frds busy looking at the gals gorgeous body that they didnt notice you. GG and bb.
Reason for distraction -
and
You have out live your spouse, and is freaking lonely, ur sons / daughter is somewhere out there with someone else ignoring you or too busy with work. you have no one to talk to (well you could try cybering). I guess most of them must be think, "Why am i still here"
I believe that humans are born to undergo various tortures and training pre-planned by someone up there. Its like a "Tekan" stint.
My voted way of living and dying should be - Choose to die when you feel that you have lived to your best or when you have the best proudest moments of what you have acheived. else, at least have gone through the best love that you have appreciate and enjoy.
Just shut yourself down. isint it great. i mean we have to die sooner or later. but at least we get to choose how we want it to be.
In case there are nubs who mis-understand this topic as sucidle. NOPE <-- read this.

Hoho, after taking abreak for so long (Been so freaking busy + abit of emoing + Exam last Dec and working + clases) i am back to blog!
